I am known as a bold and cheerful disruptor--charming with a penchant for seeing what needs to be fixed and how to fix it. My credential is my resume of in-the-trenches experiences and results. I have been working in strategy and leadership for almost half my life. I am a trained coach and have experience working with businesses in every stage from Fortune 50 to newborn startup. With this diversity of experience, I specialize in strategy support and customer experience programs for SaaS companies. I have written playbooks for both public sector and private sector client operations teams in a variety of verticals. 

When I am not working, you will find me laughing, traveling, or having a driveway water fight with my kids. I use yoga to stay sane, and can't resist anything chocolate. I believe in pushing into my fears and I am energized by working hard.
